What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 buttons, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. Slate sets carry the same minimum, counted per name.
How fast will my campaign buttons arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and buttons ship in about 2 weeks. Election dates do not move, so tell us the date you need them in hand and we will put a real ship date in writing before you commit.
Why is the printed area smaller than the button?
Because a button is a flat printed circle pressed over a domed shell and crimped under the rim, so the paper has to wrap. On a 2.25 in button that costs roughly a quarter inch of printed diameter. We quote the shell size, printed diameter, bleed and live area separately, and draw the live-area ring on your proof.
Do campaign buttons need the paid-for-by disclaimer?
Usually not. Federal rules exempt small items on which a disclaimer cannot be conveniently printed — buttons, pins, bumper stickers and the like. State and local rules differ and your committee’s counsel makes the call. We ask at quote stage, we will set the line properly if you want it, and we will never shrink a name to fit a line nobody asked for. We are a printer, not your lawyer.
What size button should I order?
Buy the size for the distance. One inch reads at conversation distance, 2.25 in reads across a room, 3 in reads across a hall and 6 in reads down a rally line. Ordering small to stretch a budget, when the whole point is that a room can see it, is the most expensive mistake in this category.
Which back should I choose?
A safety pin for jackets and bags. A magnet where people are wearing knitwear or a good suit and a hole would stop them putting it on at all. A locking pin where the button must stay square all day, and a bulldog clip for lanyards and pockets.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. Send your colour references and we match them in the print build, then hold that build on your account so a reorder six months later is the same colour rather than approximately the same colour.
Do you make yard signs or banners?
No. We press buttons and nothing else — no yard signs, roadside signs, banners or window clings, and no struck metal, enamel pins or medals. We would rather point you to the right supplier than sell you something we do not make well.
